SAT Tutoring
The SAT exam is one of the most taken exams in the US, this exam is important for many to apply to their favorite universities or colleges. For many they require a specific total to be considered for their chosen qualification The SAT exam is an exam that you do require extra tutoring, that helps you understand what the exam tests and wants you to understand. The exam is split between two parts, one part being English and the other being math. There is an allocated time to complete the entire exam; we prepare our students to complete their exam in the provided time and have extra time to double check their work before submitting.
SAT English Preparation
The SAT English section is consists of multiple choice questions, grammar and punctuation and your writing skills, your ability to carry out the instructions for this section is key to complete your English section with the score you need. During our classes we are certain to give you practice tests in the allocated time, this tests your time management for when the exam happens. We focus on problem areas and make sure you have the understanding of what the questions require from you. Once each individual has completed their tutoring with us, they are fully equipped with the preparation to complete their SAT confidently.
SAT Math Preparation
The math section in the SAT isn’t your average math you did at junior school, if math is one of your weaknesses; we motivate you to enroll in our one on one tutoring for extra attention and preparation to ace the math section in the exam. Rest assured that our students are all extremely prepared once they have completed their classes with us. All US universities require students to complete their SAT exam in order to apply to their institution. Studies have shown that different learning methods have helped thousands of students around the world compared to the traditional teachings at school.
Achieving the Score You Require
When applying to various universities or colleges you need to know a few things, such as; what you want to major in, the required SAT score for the institution and your current score with the SAT exam. We prepare our students by knowing what their current level is; our students take a practice SAT exam to see how far they need to go in order to achieve their score. This helps the tutors with knowing where their weak points are and what else they need to have done before they can proceed and book their exam date.
Writing the Exam
Your SAT will be written at your nearest testing center, on the day it is best to arrive earlier than late to take your exam. You will be given an allocated time to complete the exam and the two sections. There is no cheating allowed and there are strict monitoring being done during the exam. Your exam must be completed in the allocated time as there is no extra time allowed to complete your exam. If you haven’t received the score you needed, you would need to rewrite the exam to achieve the score. Be prepared and make sure that you are relaxed to take your exam.
